There was only war starting from 1939 to 1945 and there was nothing more the Germans feared from the Soviets than the section of snipers from the Twilight Platoon.

So here we have my first World War II picture with ponies in it, what a grand accomplishment. One interesting thing about this drawing, it took me so long (thanks to Skyrim) that you can see me improving my skills in this picture. I started with the buildings, went on to Twilight , then to Preobrazhenets [link] and finished with Spike. Also I hope that I came relatively close to replicating Preobraznets face, because with all that equipment it doesn't even look close to you, my good man, hope you can forgive me.

Anyway next time I will be drawing Fluttershy who will be lending a helping hand to the US First Army so that the invasion of Normandy is successful, so stay tuned.

@~Shtebbie: Don't overlook the weapons that are being used. Twilight and the standing sniper are using a Mosin-Nagant rifle, Spike is next to a PPSh-41 sub-machine gun, and I believe the sitting sniper is holding an SVT-40, a Soviet rifle.

What's awesome to me is this is *kind* of accurate, their were female snipers in Stalingrad (I don't know about other engagements), and one of them had a ridiculous amount of kills for a sniper.
Many of them were officers.
Goos show, teaching history through fanart.
